1. What exactly is the information shown in the App?
The app provides single view into the allocation and the terminal status of multiple suppliers, contracts, terminals and products


2. How do I sign up for a RackInsight account?
Please drop us a mail at info@rackinsight.com with contact details for the registration. After the registration process, the username and password will be sent to your registered email address.


3. How do I log in to the app?
When you launch the app, log in with your user name and password provided. The app will save the login information, so there is no need to enter it every time the app is launched.


4. What iOS versions are supported?
RackInsight for iPhone requires iOS 7 or later. For the best experience, we recommend you use the latest version of iOS available.


5. Do I have to be a member to use this service?
Yes, you need to subscribe to access the service with a monthly or annual subscription. Please contact us at info@rackinsight.com for more details.


6. Is your app secure?
All the requests from the app are encrypted using SSL certificate and we don’t store any sensitive or personal data in the app.


7. Is the allocation data shown on application the most recently updated?
Yes, we have the option to regularly refresh the allocation data and the user can set the frequency of these updates.


8. How do I uninstall The RackInsight App?
We are sorry if we have not met your expectations. To uninstall The RackInsight App, please follow these steps:
To uninstall the RackInsight app from App Store, hold down an app’s icon in Launchpad until all the icons begin to jiggle. Click on app’s delete button (x) to uninstall the app.
